1st team match report

As soon as the game started we put them under quick pressure and looked like we could dominate the game. Unfortunately a quick break led to their first goal, putting us on the back foot. There was some end to end action throughout the game with Wrexham making quick breaks down the middle, forcing Greys into some hard tackles and saves including a goal line save from Cate.
Captain Pam got a green card and was sent off due to the teams incapability to keep their mouth shut for once.

Wrexham put us under a lot of pressure, scoring their second of the day. There was some good link up play from Greys but unfortunately weren’t effective enough in the D. Some questionable decisions by the umpires caused heads to go down but all in all was a good performance with plenty of positives to take into next week.
Spraggers return to Greys resulted in a green card for slide tackling and falling over with no one around and was awarded Donkey,
Player was Pam and Emma M, good leadership and play from both.
