Strength and conditioning exercises that can be done at home This month's set of exercises is provided by Cate

This is the latest in a series of exercises that can be done at home.

For best results, do the circuit x3 each session and 3 sessions a week.

  1. 10 x tuck jumps,
  2. 10 x leg raises or 10 x each leg single leg raises for a slightly easier option
  3. 16 x side lunges (8 per side- do all 8 on one side and then the other, not alternate)
  4. 10 x burpees,
  5. 30 sec plank or 30 sec squat hold,
  6. 30 toe touches on a step.

Images and videos of all of the exercises can be found by doing a simple internet search.
